The Duane H. Tolen Sr. Foundation’s Boys and Girls Program is designed to build confidence, character, and leadership in youth from underserved communities. Through mentorship, life skills training, and exposure to positive role models, participants gain the tools they need to thrive in school and in life. The program creates a safe, nurturing environment where boys and girls are seen, heard, and empowered to reach their full potential.

The Grace and Growth Girls Program empowers young women to embrace their full potential through leadership, life skills, and career exploration. We provide a nurturing, safe, and supportive environment where girls can learn, heal, and lead with confidence. Our sessions focus on self care, mental health, entrepreneurship, technology skills, and academic achievement.
Through mentorship, workshops, and field experiences, girls are exposed to a world of opportunity they may not have known existed.
